Welcome to Curl Dundee based at Dundee Ice Arena. We are a sociable, friendly and vibrant group of curlers representing 12 local curling clubs, all committed to working together to develop and grow the sport of curling in our area.
Dundee Ice Arena is an impressive multi ice-sport facility with curling taking place on Mondays and Tuesdays throughout the season on the six-lane curling pad.
Curl Dundee hosts a variety of inter club competitions and each club runs its own internal competitions and friendly games. All of our games are played in the true spirit of curling.
We run an impressive programme of Try Curling and Coaching sessions throughout the season, carefully developed to help and encourage new curlers get started and to help develop their skills. Our facilities are fully accessible and we offer an inclusive experience for all, including juniors, seniors and those with a disability. We also run an outreach programme working with schools, colleges, universities and youth groups.
Getting Started
The best way to start Curling is with a Try Curling session. Try Curling Sessions at DIA are open to anyone of any age or ability interested in finding out more about participating in the sport.
Try Curling sessions provide a great taster to the sport with an introduction to the basics and information on how the game is played. All of the sessions are delivered by Scottish Curling qualified coaches. For more information see Getting Started.
